cmoll-Consulting accompanied the project management and implementation of the system separation of the HCM system for an international corporation. The system was analyzed in parallel and optimization proposals were given to HCM. In further subprojects the implementation took place.

  • cmoll-Consulting is available for this European customer as a full-service provider - specialist and technical service provider. For all topics in the HCM environment we are the point of contact for the specialist departments and provide first, second and third-level support. We coordinate with the colleagues of the other modules and implement new components or interfaces in the course of subprojects.

  • For this customer we took on the role of 2nd level support of the complete HCM system for Germany (PA, PT, PY, OM, etc.). During this time we supervised topics of PA, OM, personnel cost planning, developed an interface between CO and HCM PCP and created customer-specific evaluations in the HCM areas PA and OM.


 

Implementation and support of personnel cost planning

  • In several sub-projects, for individual countries of the Group, we have implemented personnel cost planning, including detailed planning. Additionally an interface between HCM PCP and BW / BI has been developed.

  • The personnel cost planning was extended by us with additional data collectors. In addition to the standard interface HCM to CO we have developed our own interface from CO to HCM PCP. In the further course we look after the PCP and support in other HCM topics. For the specialist department we are available as user support within the planning times.

  • We implemented the personnel cost planning for this customer and supervised the application afterwards. We additionally made adjustments to the WebDynpro application of Personnel Cost Planning.

Development and support of PU12 interfaces

Release change and turn of the year activities

cmoll-Consulting accompanies and supports its customers in the annual change activities and installation of the support packages in the HCM.

We analysed and transferred all customer reports, created customer own infotypes in PA and OM (including interactive programming), performed data migration and system merge, and SPAU reconciliation

The special thing about this project was that we were subsequently responsible for the technical release change with other colleagues and actively supported the test phase.

  • The customer asked us within the project to support him in a longer representation of the group management in the field of SAP HCM.

  • At this customer, with offices worldwide, we started with the analysis of the organizational management (OM) and then implemented the human resource development. At the same time various evaluation options we requested, we solved these requirements with our own Smartform forms and helped in a follow-up project in the globalization of the system.


 

Creating interfaces to SuccessFactors®

Implementation and adjustment of remuneration statements under Adobe® Interactive Forms

  • As part of the implementation of the Remuneration Certification Ordinance for this customer we have converted the Smartform-controlled remuneration statements to Adobe® Interactive Forms.

  • The project started with a concept for the conversion of the remuneration statements according to the requirements of the Remuneration Certificate Ordinance.
