  • Within this project, we introduced performance management with colleagues. We adapted the Internet Appraisals, prepared evaluations in the field of personnel development, helped with the globalization of this system and supervised and extended the performance management in many other projects.

  • For this customer, performance management was introduced during a release change. The department had customization and evaluation requests, which we implemented in another project.
