You have the right to revoke at any time any consent you have already given us. To do so, all you are required to do is sent us an informal notification via e-mail. The information you have entered into the contact form shall remain with us until you ask us to eradicate the data, revoke your consent to the archiving of data or if the purpose for which the information is being archived no longer exists (e.g. after we have concluded our response to your inquiry). This shall be without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods.

Request by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Article 6 (1) a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), since we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us.

The data sent by you to us via contact requests remain with us until you request us to delete, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage lapses (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Processing data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content organization or change of the legal relationship (data inventory). These actions are taken on the basis of Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual actions. We collect, process and use personal data concerning the use of our website (usage data) only to the extent that this is necessary to make it possible for users to utilize the services (for example support work via our ticket system) and to bill for them.

The collected customer data shall be eradicated upon completion of the order or the termination of the business relationship. This shall be without prejudice to any statutory retention mandates.

Data transfer upon closing of contracts for services and digital content

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the scope of the contract, for example to our tax consulting firm for the settlement and processing of customer invoices. A further transfer of personal data to third parties (e.g. cooperation partners, service providers, vicarious agents) only takes place insofar as this is necessary in the context of contract execution and fulfillment and you have expressly consented to the transfer. If we entrust third parties with the execution of work for our company, they will be contractually obliged to comply with applicable statutory data protection standards in accordance with Article 28 GDPR as a processor. This obligation also continues after termination of the respective contract. A transfer of your data to third parties without explicit consent, such as for advertising purposes, does not occur. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the performance of a contract or precontractual measures.

Applications and application procedures

We process personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application process. The processing can also be done electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by e-mail or via a web form available on the website.

Scope and purpose of data collection of applications

If you send us an application, we will process your related personal data (eg contact and communication data, application documents, notes in the context of job interviews, etc.), as far as this is necessary for a decision on the establishment of employment. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG-new (german law) under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (general contract initiation) and - if you have given your consent - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The consent is revocable at any time. Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to persons who are involved in the processing of your application.

If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be processed on the basis of § 26 BDSG-new (german law) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship in our data processing systems.

Retention period of application data

If we can not make you a job offer, if you reject a job offer, withdraw your application, revoke your consent to data processing or request us to delete the data, the data you provide, including any remaining physical application documents, will be processed for a maximum of 6 months after the completion of the application Application procedure stored or kept (retention period) in order to be able to understand the details of the application process in the event of discrepancies (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Google Web Fonts

This site uses the uniform representation of fonts functions of so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, but also through our homepage.
